Can I move my tours off 360Creator?
Yes. Every paid hosted plan includes HTML export, and the Desktop License self-hosts by design. Your tours are plain HTML/JS you can host on any web server — there's no lock-in.
What's the difference between hosted and buy-once?
Hosted means we host your tours and you always get the latest editor, billed monthly and cancellable anytime. Buy-once means you purchase a specific version of the desktop editor and self-host unlimited tours forever — no recurring fee.
Does the Desktop License get updates?
It includes one year of free updates. After that the editor keeps working forever — you just stop receiving new versions. Major new releases are available to existing owners as a discounted paid upgrade.
Which cameras are supported?
Any 360 camera — Ricoh Theta, Insta360, GoPro Max and more. Aerial tours from GPS-tagged drone panoramas are coming soon.
